Junk Kouture All Ireland Winner 2012
Lady Data was based on the idea that technology has taken in our lives. It signifies how much we rely on technology and the large developments it has made in the last twenty years. The power of technology is shown through the lightning bolt on the top of the dress. It is made from green computer circuit boards, broken into tiny triangles and the keys from approximately 50 keyboards. The dress shows how people feel alienated with technology. |
