Etiquette lessons in The Riverside Hotel

Today we got a short lesson on dining etiquette from the Restaurant Manager in the Riverside hotel, Aileen Nolan. We learned about setting the table, which side to serve from, where to place your cutlery when finished and other things such as tipping and the working life of hotel staff. It was very interesting and enjoyable, especially because we got a cuppa and a mini scone afterwards!!!
